National Public Relations is seeking a seasoned research professional to join our Strategy, Insights & Digital team as a Manager, Research & Insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and insights, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality research projects and growing business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for further defining and developing our service offering for research & insights, leading and delivering research projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and positioning marketing research and insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement research strategies to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client service
  • Lead and deliver high-quality research projects, including qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary methods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research in all aspects of the business
  • Position marketing research and insights to current and prospective clients
  • Mentor and guide junior team members and contribute to their professional development
  • Consult with internal teams to inform and support strategy development

Requirements:

  • University degree in research or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in research and insights, with a bonus for experience in communications or marketing
  • A growing reputation in research and insights and a history of client service mastery
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of challenging assignments with a broad portfolio of research work
  • Strong network of contacts within research and insights
