Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Executive Travel Solutions Specialist to join our team. This position is available for candidates based in Montreal, Toronto, and Ottawa. In this role, you will serve as the trusted advisor and primary contact for your assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with Encore Corporate Travel's products and services.
You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships, providing strategic insights, and identifying opportunities to optimize client travel programs. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping our clients make informed decisions about their travel policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique travel needs and goals.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities.
Strategic Travel Program Optimization:
- Share insights and recommendations based on travel spend, customer happiness ratings, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with clients to design tailored travel programs aligned with their business objectives.
- Present account reviews, including actionable insights to enhance client outcomes.
Supplier and Vendor Negotiation:
- Source and negotiate competitive contracts with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies.
- Partner with suppliers to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and value.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Analyze travel data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Track client objectives and contribute to their success through creative solutions.
Industry Knowledge and Advocacy:
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide clients with expert advice and innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs.
