Avenue Global Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation and cooking activities in multiple restaurants.

  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to ensure high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
  • Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets, and specialty functions to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs to maintain a well-equipped kitchen.
  • Plan menus that meet quality standards and ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and maintaining attention to detail.

  • Cook Trade Certification
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
