About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Avenue Global Services Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation and cooking activities in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation and cooking activities
  • Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets, and specialty functions
  • Plan and direct equipment purchases and repairs
  • Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
Requirements
  • Cook Trade Certification
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
