About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Avenue Global Services Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation and cooking activities in multiple restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute menus that meet high quality standards
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve excellent service standards
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Cook Trade Certification
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a standing position for extended periods. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The working hours are 40 hours per week.
