About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Avenue Global Services Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation and cooking activities in multiple restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute menus that meet quality standards and exceed customer expectations
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for weddings, banquets, and specialty functions
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance to optimize kitchen operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Cook Trade Certification
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
