- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve service delivery goals and objectives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in database software, internet, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
