Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor to join our team at Valois Motel & Restaurant. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending.
