About the Role

PuroClean Kelowna is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation and Renovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, evaluating performance, and planning and organizing tasks to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to company standards.
  • Task Planning and Execution: Plan and organize daily tasks, including selecting and coordinating trade subcontractors, inspecting work quality, and developing marketing strategies.
  • Staff Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring a high-performing team.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Management: Work with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure plans and specifications are met.
  • Supply Chain Management: Maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors.
