About the Role

PuroClean Kelowna is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation and Renovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, evaluating performance, and planning and organizing tasks to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Task Planning and Organization: Plan and organize daily operations, including work schedules and resource allocation.
  • Subcontractor Management: Select and employ trade subcontractors, coordinating their activities to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to promote our services.
  • Staff Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure effective team performance.
  • Customer Relations: Work with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Supply Chain Management: Maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors to ensure efficient operations.
