Job Title: Rehabilitation and Renovation Specialist

PuroClean Kelowna is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation and Renovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation and renovation of properties to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Plan and prepare work schedules for team members to ensure adequate coverage and resources
  • Select and employ trade subcontractors and coordinate their activities to ensure seamless project execution
  • Inspect subcontractors' work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications
  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to promote our services and attract new clients
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a skilled and motivated team
  • Work with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects meet their needs and expectations
  • Prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors to ensure efficient project execution
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, and vision care benefits
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
