Job Title: Rehabilitation and Renovation Specialist

PuroClean Kelowna is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation and Renovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, evaluating performance, and planning and organizing tasks to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Evaluation and Planning: Evaluate daily operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Staff Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure effective team management.
  • Customer Relations: Work with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure plans and specifications are met.
  • Supply Chain Management: Prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Health Benefits: Dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, and vision care benefits.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
