Job Title: Director of Certification

The Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Canadian Certified Rental Building (CCRB) program. As the Director of Certification, you will play a critical role in managing and expanding the CCRB program, including the Living GREEN Together sustainability initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct all aspects of the CCRB program, including the Living GREEN Together sustainability initiative.
  • Manage the operation, expansion, and enhancement of the CCRB program as a national program that promotes quality, excellence, service, and sustainability within the purpose-built rental housing industry.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the CCRB program and increase its visibility and credibility.
  • Manage building certification process, including third-party auditors.
  • Develop and manage annual budget.
  • Vendor Contract Management.
  • Design/development/implementation of CRB related educational programs and materials.
  • Provide an e-learning portfolio of training courses (as budget permits).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow programs on a national scale.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating events and managing budgets.
