Director of Certification

The Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Canadian Certified Rental Building (CCRB) program, including the Living GREEN Together sustainability initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and expand the CCRB program, ensuring it upholds the highest standards of quality, excellence, service, and sustainability.
  • Lead the development and implementation of educational programs and materials related to the CCRB program.
  • Manage program communications, marketing campaigns, and vendor contracts.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Design and implement e-learning training courses, as budget permits.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in program management, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow programs on a national scale.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in coordinating events and managing budgets.
