Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell Niagara Falls. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the maintenance of our store, ensuring that it is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
Work Environment:

Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a focus on delivering excellent customer service. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work under pressure, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet business objectives.
