Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and merchandise ordering.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will be required to work under pressure to meet sales targets and resolve customer issues.
