Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

Pramukh Petroleum Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
  • Establish work schedules, prepare reports, and resolve customer complaints
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, ensuring a fast-paced and efficient work environment
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
