About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at MAIN ST CONVENIENCE. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Manage the overall store environment, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Sales and Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase revenue, and meet sales targets.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, reconciliations, and budgeting.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
