Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Fabricator to join our team at Absolute Laser Manufacturing. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for operating manual and semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will also possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding or fabrication
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads
