Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at G&G Automotive Service Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
