Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at A & K Tiles & Drywall Ltd.

Responsibilities
  • Establish work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met in a timely manner.
  • Carry out various administrative tasks related to the establishment, including planning and coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic mail systems.
Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, our company offers a supportive and dynamic work environment.
