Skilled Homecare Nurse Opportunity in Greater Hamilton Area

As a skilled Registered Practical Nurse, you will be providing high-quality nursing care to clients in their community. You will work as part of our team to deliver holistic care, teaching and delegating tasks to clients and family members.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching chronic disease prevention services
- Working autonomously with clients to develop personalized care plans
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario

- Current CPR certification
