About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Greater Hamilton Area. As a critical care nurse with Bayshore, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is $36.46 per visit, with opportunities for additional compensation through travel and shift differentials. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Job DescriptionIn this Visit position, duties will include providing skilled clinical care in the client home setting, conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our comprehensive training and professional development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Registered Nurse who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
- Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Updated Immunization Records, Clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector check upon hire
- Current CPR certification required
