Occupational Health Clinical Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as an Occupational Health Clinical Supervisor. This full-time position is based in the Greater Hamilton/Burlington Area, with a hybrid role that includes working from our Hamilton, ON office location and traveling to client homes in the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • SUPPORTS HEALTH AND SAFETY, CLIENT SERVICES AND HUMAN RESOURCES WITH THE RETURN-TO-WORK PROCESS FOLLOWING WORKPLACE ILLNESS/INJURY, AS NEEDED
  • IMPLEMENT POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND PROCESSES TO MEET NATIONAL AND PROVINCIAL STANDARDS AND SUPPORT THE OVERALL OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH PROGRAM
  • LEAD INITIATIVES TO MITIGATE ORGANIZATIONAL AND EMPLOYEE RISK RELATED TO OCCUPATIONAL/NON-WORK-RELATED ILLNESS/INJURY ABSENCES, RETURN TO WORK AND MEDICAL ACCOMMODATION
  • SUPPORT MANAGEMENT OF THE PROCESS REGARDING CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE HEALTH RECORDS, ENSURING COMPLIANCE TO LEGISLATIVE GUIDELINES AND BEST PRACTICE STANDARDS
Requirements
  • Drivers License and reliable vehicle required
  • Current registration with an Ontario Regulated Health Professional College
  • Certificate or diploma in Occupational Health
  • A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in Occupational Health
