Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team at Circle K. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Fast-paced retail environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
