Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team at Circle K. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Plan and control daily operations, including budgeting and monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as required.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
