Circle K is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Plan and control daily operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
