Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies
- Locate and procure merchandise for resale, and plan budgets to monitor revenues and expenses
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, requiring attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management, with a strong background in customer service and team leadership.
