- Price and Credits Policies: Implement and manage price and credits policies, ensuring that they are fair and competitive.
- Inventory Management: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of the store.
- Staffing: Determine staffing requirements, ensuring that the store is adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff members, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the store, ensuring that they are efficient and effective.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
