Contract Administrator Job Description

Parsons Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team on the Edmonton Valley Line West LRT project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and administer contracts with clients and vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement contract administration strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with contract administration.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for personnel assigned to contract administration tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to contract administration activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of contract administration experience, preferably in a large international engineering and construction firm.
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex contractual issues and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
