Senior Contract Negotiator

About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects, such as the Edmonton Valley Line West LRT project. As a Senior Contract Negotiator, you will play a critical role in negotiating contracts and ensuring that our company's interests are protected.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate complex contracts with clients, vendors, and partners to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective contract administration strategies.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, and at least 3+ years of contract administration experience.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating complex contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
