Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Professional to join our team at the Best Western Smiths Falls Hotel. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role
  • This role will provide administrative support to our executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our hotel.
  • You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

In addition, you will provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with senior management and external partners.
  • Manage complex calendars, ensuring timely meetings and events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Provide administrative support, such as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other tools to track information and analyze data.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, hospitality).
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bondable and able to maintain confidentiality.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
