Our client is a reputable ICI general contractor with a strong presence in the GTA and South Western ON. They have a proven track record of delivering high-profile building projects to various public sector institutional clients across the education, healthcare, and municipal/provincial government building sectors.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations for the project
  • Maintaining a high level of health and safety practices on site at all times
  • Coordinating, managing, and scheduling all sub-trades for the project
  • Reporting project progress to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Performing other duties as required

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • 10+ years of experience working with established ICI general contractors in the local market
  • Experience overseeing multiple full-cycle healthcare/hospital, university/post-secondary, or government facility renovation and new build/addition projects between $5M and $20M in scope
  • Post-secondary college or university education, related to engineering or construction
  • GSC designation is an asset
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and technical software skills
