As a key member of the DOUGORD Limited team, the Cleaning Operations Manager will oversee the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities. This role involves hiring, training and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our sites meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.


This position requires a strong understanding of cleaning and maintenance procedures, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and coordinating work activities with other departments.


The Cleaning Operations Manager will be responsible for a team of 3-4 people, including janitors, caretakers and building superintendents. They will work closely with these team members to ensure that our facilities are clean, safe and well-maintained.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Hiring and training of cleaning staff
  • Coordinating the activities of cleaning staff
  • Inspecting sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Maintaining financial records
  • Coordinating work activities with other departments

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in English.
