Job Description

As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising projects and operations on-site
  • Ensuring the quality of work and materials
  • Organizing and supervising site staff, trades, and contractors
  • Implementing and following health and safety project plans and MOL requirements
  • Managing budgets and working with the Project Manager to keep costs under control
  • Creating, monitoring, and updating project schedules

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in GTA ICI construction as a Superintendent
  • All necessary certifications, including Working at Heights, WHIMIS, First Aid, and Basics of Supervision
  • Thorough knowledge of designing and building large-scale ICI developments
  • Familiarity with LEED certification and sustainable building practices
  • Gold Seal certification or equivalent credentials
