Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Corky's Liquor Store is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products and competitive pricing
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to optimize store performance
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
