Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring a wide range of products are available to meet customer demands.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure adequate coverage and high-quality service.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and financial planning.
