Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, assign duties, and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Merchandise Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring a wide range of products are available to meet customer demands.
- Budget Planning and Control: Plan and monitor budgets, revenues, and expenses to ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to meet business needs.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient store environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, sitting
