Effectuer des activités liées à la gestion des flux de marchandises, de la réception et du stockage à la distribution aux départements concernés, la préparation des commandes, l'emballage et l'expédition conformément aux coûts, qualité, sécurité et délais fixés, contribuant ainsi à la satisfaction du client.

Contribuer à toutes les opérations de la chaîne logistique, qui peuvent varier en fonction de la structure organisationnelle de chaque site.

Portée des Activités

  • Réception des marchandises et produits entrants, vérification de la livraison pour la conformité (physique, administrative, IS, etc.)
  • Préparation des commandes en fonction des instructions de préparation et constitution des colis, lots, etc.
  • Vérification de l'état de fonctionnement et de sécurité des installations de production et des équipements
  • Chargement des colis et déplacement vers l'aire de livraison, stockage ou production
  • Compléter les formulaires de suivi des commandes et envoyer un rapport pour les produits endommagés ou les équipements défectueux
  • Conserver les zones de travail propres et soignées, et veiller à ce que l'environnement de travail reste sûr
  • Énumérer et signaler les défauts détectés à votre responsable de ligne
  • Opérer une machine/véhicule nécessitant un permis (pontons, tracteurs de remorques, etc.)
  • Distribuer les composants internes aux départements concernés
  • Emballer les marchandises et produits en fonction de leurs caractéristiques, commandes et mode de transport
  • Surveiller l'état des stocks
  • Compter les numéros de pièces de produits et les enregistrer
  • Effectuer des inventaires roulants
  • Préparer et suivre les expéditions
