Effectuer des activités liées à la gestion des flux de marchandises, de la réception et de l'entreposage à la distribution aux départements concernés, la préparation des commandes, l'emballage et l'expédition conformément aux coûts, qualité, sécurité et délais fixés, contribuant ainsi à la satisfaction du client.

Contribuer à toutes les opérations de la chaîne logistique, qui peuvent varier en fonction de la structure organisationnelle de chaque site.

Étendue des Activités

  • Réception des marchandises et produits entrants, vérification de la livraison pour la conformité (physique, administrative, IS, etc.)
  • Préparation des commandes en fonction des instructions de préparation et constitution des colis, lots, etc.
  • Vérification de l'état de fonctionnement et de sécurité des installations de production et d'équipement
  • Chargement des colis et déplacement vers l'aire de livraison, stockage ou production
  • Remplissage des formulaires de suivi des commandes et envoi de rapport pour les produits endommagés ou les équipements défectueux
  • Entretien des zones de travail propres et soignées, et soins des équipements fournis pour maintenir un environnement de travail sûr
  • Listing et signalement des défauts détectés auprès du responsable de ligne
  • Utilisation d'une machine/engin nécessitant un permis (pontons, tracteurs, etc.)
  • Distribution de composants internes aux départements concernés
  • Emballage des marchandises et produits en fonction de leurs caractéristiques, commandes et mode de transport
  • Surveillance de l'inventaire
  • Comptage des numéros de pièces de produits et enregistrement
  • Conduite de inventaires roulants
  • Préparation et suivi des expéditions
