**In your role, you will**:

- Protect the supply chain by taking an active part in the harmonization of the changes.
- Take a proactive part in communicating with our purchasing co-workers and with our harmonization stakeholders.
- Act as a link and keeper of the different deliverables (inputs-outputs), inter-functions (engineering, methods, production, logistics and others) to ensure the respect of production schedules.
- Understand the emergency level of the different deliverables and communicate the priorities with efficiency.
- Communicate the gaps and risks of change initiatives with the stakeholders and the managers.
- Take an active part reaching the functional goals of the company, support the improvement initiatives and the annual goals.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, logistics or related field, project management (asset).
- You have a minimum of 5 (+) years of experience in logistics or in purchasing management.
- You have ability to manage efficiently time and priorities.
- You have strategic planning and problem-solving capacities.
- You have strong analytical and research skills with a sense of commitment to discipline and close attention to details.
- Excellent communication skills help you handle complex relationships and situations.
- You have synthesis capacities and ability to present information.
- You have computer literacy including effective working skills such as MS project, Power Point, Excel, SAP.
- You have ability to build governance, reports or KPIs to support business unit.
- You ideally have previous experience in the manufacturing industry and an understanding of business aircraft market.
- You are bilingual (English and French).
