Titre du responsable de ligne : Leader d'équipe

Titre du responsable fonctionnel (le cas échéant) : Responsabilités :

Effectuer des activités liées à la gestion des flux de marchandises, de la réception et de l'entreposage à la mise en route vers les départements concernés, la sélection, le conditionnement, l'emballage et l'expédition conformément aux coûts, qualité, sécurité et délais fixés, contribuant ainsi à la satisfaction du client.

Contribuer à toutes les opérations de la chaîne logistique, qui peuvent varier en fonction de la structure organisationnelle de chaque site.

Étendue des Activités

  1. Réception des marchandises et produits entrants, vérification de la livraison pour le respect des exigences (physiques, administratives, IS, etc.)
  2. Sélection des produits conformément aux instructions de préparation des commandes et constitution des ensembles, lots, etc.
  3. Vérification de l'état de fonctionnement et de sécurité des installations de production et des équipements
  4. Chargement des ensembles et déplacement vers l'aire de livraison, de stockage ou de production
  5. Remplissage des formulaires de suivi des commandes et transmission d'un rapport pour les produits endommagés ou les équipements défectueux
  6. Entretien des zones de travail propres et soignées, et soins des équipements fournis pour que l'environnement de travail reste sûr
  7. Listing et signalement des défauts détectés auprès du responsable de ligne
  8. Opération d'un appareil/engin nécessitant un permis (tremplin, tracteurs de remorques, etc.)
  9. Distribution de composants internes aux départements concernés
  10. Conditionnement des marchandises et produits conformément à leurs caractéristiques, commandes et mode de transport
  11. Surveillance de l'état des stocks
  12. Comptage des numéros de pièces de produits et enregistrement
  13. Conduite des inventaires roulants
  14. Préparation et suivi des expéditions
