Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our fast-growing Shop at Home Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our window treatment sales team and driving sales growth in the GTA region.

As a seasoned sales professional, you will have a proven track record of success in sales coaching and mentoring, with a strong ability to analyze and execute territory business plans. Your expertise in window treatments and blinds, particularly Hunter Douglas products, will be an asset in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the window design consultants in your sales area, providing coaching and training to maximize conversion and sales.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans, analyzing sales results and communicating with stakeholders to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the Shop at Home Manager and store operations to maximize synergies between retail locations and the window treatment sales team.
  • Support the development of a collaborative business relationship with retail stores management teams in your assigned area.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in sales coaching and mentoring.
  • Strong knowledge of window treatments and blinds, particularly Hunter Douglas products.
  • Ability to analyze and execute territory business plans, with a strong focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
