Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The Area Sales Manager will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, build relationships, and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Provide coaching and development to sales team members
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven sales experience and track record of success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Microsoft Office skills
