We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Ramada Golden.

Job Summary

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room assignments, and processing guest arrivals and departures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Room Assignments: Assign rooms to guests, ensuring that rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
  • Front Desk Operations: Process guest arrivals and departures, handle room changes and cancellations, and maintain accurate records.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions, balance cash, and complete balance sheets and cash reports.
  • Communication: Answer telephones, relay messages, and provide information to guests and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player.
