Job Summary

Brandt is seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to provide Preventive Maintenance quotes and support efficient fulfillment of contractual business.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Preventive Maintenance Quote Management: Provide accurate and timely quotes for Preventive Maintenance agreements to Sales & Customer Support Advisors.
  2. Agreement Administration: Manage and administer Preventive Maintenance agreements, ensuring efficient and accurate fulfillment.
  3. Information Tracking: Track and maintain Preventive Maintenance agreement information, including customer data and equipment details.
  4. Job Review and Invoicing: Review, close, and invoice completed jobs in a timely manner.
  5. Customer and Technician Coordination: Coordinate necessary service with customers and Preventive Maintenance technicians to ensure seamless execution.
  6. Pricing Calculator Maintenance: Update and maintain Brandt's pricing calculator tool to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  7. Call Request Handling: Handle incoming Preventive Maintenance call requests from internal and external customers.
  8. Prepaid Agreement Management: Manage prepaid agreements and ensure timely fulfillment.
  9. John Deere Link Monitoring: Utilize John Deere Link to monitor and track customer equipment with Preventive Maintenance contracts.

Requirements
  1. Maintenance Experience: Experience and understanding of construction equipment maintenance.
  2. Service Delivery: Experience in service delivery activities and processes.
  3. Service Writer Experience: Previous experience as a Service Writer is preferred.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with a focus on timeliness, organization, and attention to detail.
  5. Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task in a high-volume workload environment.
  6. Contracts Knowledge: Knowledge of contracts and associated processes management.
  7. Software Skills: Sound knowledge of MS Office software tools, including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
  8. Independent Decision-Making: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make informed, logical decisions.
