We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Dawson Creek Boston Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Physical demands of the job include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
