Job Title: Shift Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
