Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Dawson Creek Boston Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare food order summaries for the chef, supervise and check the assembly of trays, and ensure the delivery of food trolleys.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and focus on meeting customer needs.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
