Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Juice Truck Enterprises ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Implementation
Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure that our menu is appealing to our customers and that our kitchen is running efficiently.
Financial ManagementBalance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
Health and SafetyEnsure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
Supplier NegotiationsNegotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we are getting the best possible prices and quality.
Customer ServiceAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Event ManagementManage events and functions to ensure that they are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Operational PlanningPlan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant is running at its best.
